When some people are told that Jesus had to die in order for us to be forgiven of our sins the response is often: “Why couldn’t God just forgive us if He’s a loving God?”. That’s a good question and it deserves a solid answer and there’s no better time to answer that question then when we celebrate the death, burial, and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.
